Student Achievement
Andrew College seeks to provide an environment which prepares students for further study at a senior college and enables them to understand themselves as persons of responsibility and potential within the global community. Andrew College’s mission is:

Andrew College is committed to assessing the extent to which students achieve academic goals related to skills and behaviors that will allow the mission of the College to be fulfilled. The College has determined the following institutional outcomes for its academic programs:
- Students will demonstrate effective communication skills. (Written and Oral)
- Students will demonstrate critical and analytical thinking skills. (Critical and Analytical Thinking)
- Students will demonstrate cultural awareness and appreciation. (Cultural Awareness and Appreciation)
Andrew College evaluates student achievement by a variety of performance indicators, including retention rates, transfer rates, and graduation rates.
