Transcripts
Official transcripts, with the college seal placed thereon, are sent directly to other colleges/universities or to officials of organizations. Transcripts released to the student by mail, in person, or electronic delivery (National Student Clearinghouse) will be stamped or bear the watermark “Issued to Student”.
For students with outstanding financial obligations to Andrew College, transcripts will be sent with the final term’s coursework redacted. Please contact the Business Office at 229-732-5924 to inquire about outstanding financial obligations.
If the outstanding financial obligation is cleared after a redacted transcript has been processed, a new transcript request will need to be submitted.
The Registrar’s Office does not issue unofficial copies of transcripts. Currently enrolled students may print unofficial copies of their transcripts by accessing their Empower account.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) prohibits the release of a transcript or the information contained therein to a third party without the student’s expressed written consent Click Here for more information about FERPA.
Telephone, fax and/or e-mail requests for transcripts will not be accepted or processed. Additionally, Andrew College does not fax or email transcripts.
