♦ Off-Campus Groups are individuals or groups not affiliated with Andrew who rent Andrew space to host a program/event and are expected to pay the full rental fees.

♦Affiliate Groups are Andrew staff, faculty, alumni, and members of their immediate families who rent space for an event not sponsored by Andrew and may receive a 20% discount.

♦Internal Groups are current Andrew departments, or individual students who use Andrew space for events directly related to the College’s mission. These groups are only charged for services listed in the Additional Fees chart.

♦Andrew Co-Sponsored Groups are academic programs, conferences, and/or meetings involving an Andrew College academic department, administrative unit and an outside organization such as a professional association in which Andrew holds membership or maintains a relationship that directly benefits the College. If an Andrew department has agreed to partner with an outside organization in this manner, they must be prepared to split all charges 50/50 with the outside organization for services provided.

♦Andrew College students are not allowed to reserve event spaces. All students must go through a faculty or staff member to reserve an event/meeting space, and the purpose must be for college-related events only.

Rental fees can be waived for community groups that meet that definition and have completed the required documentation.  To apply, click here for the form.
