To discover information about plan options or assistance establishing a payment plan, contact the Andrew College Student Accounts Specialist, Cielo Murillo: cielomurillo@andrewcollege.edu at (229) 732-5924 or proceed to the online FACTS FAMILY PORTAL and create an account. Andrew College Student Accounts is located in the Reid Center Business Office on McDonald Avenue. It is essential for students to discuss payment plan options and make payment arrangements with the Student Accounts Specialist very early in the enrollment and registration phase to have the most options to choose from and avoid missed opportunities.

FACTS Tuition Management is a third-party Nelnet company utilized by Andrew College to offer a broad choice of NO INTEREST payment plan options for a small enrollment fee and initial deposit. Andrew College receives FACTS deposits and installment payments and applies to the student account. To explore current plan options, proceed with creating an online account by clicking on the FACTS FAMILY PORTAL button below, follow the prompts, and use the student ID when establishing an account/selecting the school term and payment plan. Please note that a FERPA Form (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) must be on file for FACTS customer service representatives and the Andrew College Student Accounts Specialist to discuss student records and account information with anyone other than the student.
