Vehicle Registration

Every motor vehicle at Andrew College must be registered with Synergy Campus Security. This can be done at the Synergy Campus Security Office located on the first floor of Old Main. There is a nominal registration fee and each student will be furnished a parking decal that must be displayed on their motor vehicle at all times. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in a parking citation being issued as well as the vehicle being impounded or towed.

Missing Student

Andrew College students living in residential housing are required to register a confidential contact person to be notified no later than 24 hours after a time that the college determines the student is missing. This confidential contact may be a person designated by the student in addition to the emergency contact person listed on the Andrew College Health Information Sheet. Only authorized college officials and law enforcement officers in furtherance of a missing person investigation may have access to this information.

Valuable Property

Any student may obtain a valuable property registration form by contacting any Synergy Campus Security Officer. This form lists the student’s high value property along with providing detailed information such as serial numbers. Such registration has a deterrent effect as well as aiding in the identification of property in the event of a theft.

Visitor Passes

Visitors to Andrew College regardless of their relationship to the student are required to obtain a visitor pass from the on duty Synergy Campus Security officer. A photo ID must be presented. This is done to ensure the safety and security of both the student and visitor. Failure to comply with this regulation may result in the visitor being removed from campus and being barred from any future visit. Emergency Contact

All students must complete an emergency contact form. This form is available from any Synergy Campus Security Officer and includes the student’s name and telephone number as well as the name and telephone number of their emergency contact person. Students are asked to notify Synergy Campus Security when any of this information is updated or changed.

TIPS FOR CAMPUS SAFETY:

1. Lock your vehicle’s doors.
2. Do not prop open residence hall doors.
3. When you leave your room, be sure to shut and lock your door.
4. Register all guests with Synergy Campus Security.
