Welcome to Andrew College’s Office of the Registrar.  This office serves as the custodian of permanent academic records for all former and currently enrolled students.  We are committed to maintaining timely and accurate records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to all of our internal and external constituents.

Transcripts

Official transcripts, with the college seal placed thereon, are sent directly to other colleges/universities or to officials of organizations. Transcripts released to the student by mail, in person, or electronic delivery (National Student Clearinghouse) will be stamped or bear the watermark “Issued to Student”.

Students who are delinquent in their financial obligations to Andrew College will not be granted access to their official transcripts.

The Registrar’s Office does not issue unofficial copies of transcripts. Currently enrolled students may print unofficial copies of their transcripts by accessing their Empower account.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) prohibits the release of a transcript or the information contained therein to a third party without the student’s expressed written consent Click Here for more information about FERPA.

Telephone, fax and/or e-mail requests for transcripts will not be accepted or processed. Additionally, Andrew College does not fax or email transcripts.

 

 

Order Official Transcript Online (click here): Transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. Your card will be charged only after your transcript has been processed. Order updates will be emailed to you, so that you can track your order online.  Andrew College also offers secure electronic PDF or electronic transcript exchange (ETX) delivery of official academic transcripts through this website.  However, academic records before 1998 are not in electronic format and can only be sent in PDF format or hard copy mailed. Orders for ETX records before 1998 will be canceled.

Transcript Request Form: Transcript requests can also be made in writing.  Each transcript is $10.00.  Payment is due at time of the request. Requests for transcripts typically are processed within five (5) business days, and up to seven (7) business days for records before 1998.

*The Office of the Registrar does not accept credit card payments.

Enrollment Verifications

Current Students:

Andrew College contracts with the National Student Clearinghouse to serve as our agent and authorized certifying school official for providing enrollment verifications to currently enrolled students free of charge.  The enrollment verification certificate provided by the National Student Clearinghouse is the OFFICIAL enrollment verification for Andrew College. 

Enrollment is verified for all registered semesters, PAST and CURRENT.  Once a student registers for a class, the National Student Clearinghouse will have record of that enrollment by the 10th day of the following month.  Enrollment verifications (for currently enrolled students) can be accessed through your Empower student account.

To request an enrollment verification, please follow procedures below:

  • Login to your Empower student account
  • Select the Student Records Tab
  • Choose “Current enrollment” or “All enrollment”
  • Select “Obtain an enrollment certificate”
  • Certificate will generate for printing and/or saving

Former Students & Third Parties:

Enrollment Verifications and Degree Verification: Andrew College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications for former students, as well as third parties. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted via mail at:

Replacement Diplomas

Replacement Diploma Request Form: All replacement diploma requests are to be made in writing.  Each replacement is $45.00.  Payment is due at time of the request.  Diploma replacements may only be requested by the individual who earned the degree.  The replacement diploma will carry the titles and signatures of current College and Board of Trustees officials.
