Order Official Transcript Online: Transcripts can be ordered online using any major credit card. Your card will be charged only after your transcript has been processed. Order updates will be emailed to you, so that you can track your order online. Andrew College also offers secure electronic PDFor electronic transcript exchange (ETX) delivery of official academic transcripts through this website. However, academic records before 1998 are not in electronic format and cannot be sent as PDF or electronic transcript exchange (ETX). Orders for PDF OR ETX records before 1998 will be canceled.
Official transcripts, with the college seal placed thereon, are sent directly to other colleges/universities or to officials of organizations. Transcripts released to the student by mail, in person or electronic delivery (National Student Clearinghouse) will be stamped or bear the watermark “Issued to Student”.
Currently, enrolled students may print unofficial copies of their transcripts by accessing their Empower account. Students who are delinquent in their financial obligations to Andrew College will not be granted access to their unofficial transcripts. Unofficial transcript requests (same request/order procedure as above) that are processed by the Office of the Registrar will bear the watermark statement of “Unofficial Transcript”.
Telephone, fax and/or e-mail requests for transcripts will not be accepted or processed. Additionally, Andrew College does not fax or email transcripts.
Transcript Request Form: Transcript requests can also be made in writing. Each transcript is $2.00. Payment is due at time of the request. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) prohibits the release of a transcript or the information contained therein to a third party without the student’s expressed written consent. Click Here for more information about FERPA.
*The Office of the Registrar does not accept credit card payments.
