Charles Dolberry, Ph.D.
Associate Professor of Mathematics
Dr. Charles Dolberry was born and raised in northeast Alabama. Before coming to Andrew, he taught mathematics 16 years at the University of Arkansas at Monticello. Dr. Dolberry earned his Ph.D. in mathematics at Auburn University where he was a recipient of the President’s Graduate Fellowship. He taught mathematics as a graduate teaching assistant for four years at Auburn. Dr. Dolberry also holds an M.A. in mathematics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a B.S. from the University of Alabama. After earning his masters degree in 1990, Dr. Dolberry worked for two years at the Nevada Test Site, then taught mathematics at Selma University for two years and then two years at Marion Military Institute.
Dr. Dolberry is a member of the Mathematical Association of America. In his free time, Dr. Dolberry enjoys playing guitar and singing.
