Participation Requirements:
1.  Participating plays may be student or faculty-directed with or without the intention to compete at the GHSA or GISA region One Act Play competition in the Fall of 2023.
2.  All school groups must be accompanied by a faculty advisor, even if student-directed, or registered as observer schools.
3. Only set pieces (free standing) may be used.
(a) Set pieces must fit inside a 6’6 taped area on stage behind the mid-traveler. Keep sets simple.
(b) Each school will have 55 minutes to set-up, perform, and take-down set pieces. All debris must be swept off the stage as part of the take-down.
(c) No part of any setting may be attached to any part of the stage, curtains, draperies, or other existing equipment of the Andrew College Theatre.
4.  No flame of any type can be used, including candles. Prop weapons may be used if they are approved beforehand by the participating school principal and the participating school requests the permission of Andrew College Theatre prior to the performance.
Schools will be given a performance slot on a first-come, first-served basis.
We can accommodate four performances.
Depending on the number of students and chaperones, additional schools may attend as observer schools and, if desired, be placed on the waitlist should a performance slot open.
Lunch will be provided, and Awards Given.

8:30 AM Old Main Student Center (1st Floor) Check-In, and Load In Backstage Morning Shows, Walk-through Morning Shows
9:00 AM Show #1 & 2 Backstage
9:15 AM Show #1 Performance
10:30 AM Show #2 Performance
11:30 AM Load Out Show 1 & 2 Lunch Break Shows 3 & 4
12:00PM Lunch Break Shows 1 & 2; Load In Shows 3 & 5. Walk Through, Afternoon Shows.
12:45 PM Show 3 Performance; Show 4 Backstage
2:00 PM Show 4 Performance
3:00 PM Andrew College Singers Performance; Adjudicator meeting
3:30 PM Adjudicator Feedback Session
4:00 PM Awards Ceremony
