Minnie P. Polite is a native of historical Decatur, Georgia, a city east of Atlanta. After graduating from Decatur High School, she moved to southwest Georgia to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Albany State University. She has a Master of Science in Management Degree from Troy University. Mrs. Polite is currently enrolled at Argosy University in pursuit of a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Leadership. She is excited about becoming a part of the TRIO Team and looks forward to providing motivational, instructional and technical support for students in the servicing area. Her primary goal is to help students reach their full potential in pursuit of their educational goals.

Betty is a '99 graduate of Andrew College and she began working with UB in July 2004. She said that the greatest thing about UB is the fact that she gets to interact with students and their families. Betty also enjoys having the opportunity to discuss Andrew as a possible starting point for some UB students. |

High School
. She has an associate degree in Office Information Systems from
Wallace
College
and
Sparks
campus and a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from
LaGrange
College and has a Masters of Science Degree in Education from Troy University.
Ruby has three children – Jeffrey, Deitra and Jaleesa. “Working with Upward Bound allows me the opportunity to provide cultural and educational assistance to the students. Ruby enjoys seeing the students boldly go where their ancestors couldn’t go. |
