ACCESS THE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) prohibits the release of a transcript or the information contained therein to a third party without the student’s expressed written consent.

Transcripts may only be obtained through written request and there is a fee of $2 per request. Typically all requests are processed within 3 working days. Transcripts requested on a “rush” basis will be processed within 24 hours of receipt of request for a fee of $5. Requests received during registration and posting of grades may take longer. Payment is due when request is made. We cannot accept credit card payments. Transcript request made via telephone or email cannot be honored.

Transcripts will not be issued until all financial obligations to the College are paid in full.

The Office of Academic Affairs/Registrar
The Office of Academic Affairs co-exists with the Office of the Registrar. Together they serve many functions including verifying enrollment, tracking the courses you take, and the grades you receive. We issue transcripts, evaluate transfer credits, and take care of all federal and state reporting. We also schedule courses, issue room assignments, and assign faculty advisors. Graduation and several other events are coordinated through these offices. One of our main responsibilities, however, is to maintain and safeguard your academic records.

The Office of Academic Affairs/Registrar is located in room 325 on the third floor of Old Main. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
