SACS to visit Andrew College in September
Representatives from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) will visit
Andrew
College
in September to perform an onsite visit. SACS is the primary accrediting agency for colleges, universities, and schools in the southeastern
United States
. Andrew’s compliance certification has been completed and will be reviewed by an offsite committee in May.
SACS last visited
Andrew
College
in 1995. “The SACS committee visits each institution every ten years, and this September marks the time for our next visit,” David C. Seyle, Dean of the College, said. “We are prepared for the SACS review process and expect our accreditation to be reaffirmed in July of next year.”
