Fall Retreat at Camp Concharty- 2006       

The weekend of August 18-20 brought together the incoming freshman class and the rising sophomores for a retreat at Camp Concharty in Pine Mountain. 
Seven freshmen spent the first night coming together as a team, getting to know one another with Mike Angstadt from Twin Cedars, who led the retreat. 
He led students and staff through activities and problem solving opportunities to begin their experience of working together as a team for the upcoming year at Andrew. 

On Saturday the sophomores joined them and the main event of this day was to expand the working team to the total of 13 students, who will work on both academic and volunteer activities during their time in the AndrewServes program. 
The highlight of the day was the ropes course which allowed the students to work on their own leadership, as well as, trusting team members for their safety. (Click here for photos)
