David joined the TRiO staff in March 2004. He earned his BA from Albany State University, his MS in Educational Theology from Bethany Divinity College, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from Bethany. "The greatest thing about working for EOC is the direct and immediate positive impact on lives in southwest Georgia. Education is the great equalizer and once the playing field is leveled, everyone has a chance for success."

Alicia has worked with the EOC for over a year, and is also pursuing her associate's degree from Andrew. As a single parent, full-time employee, and college student, Alicia said that time management is an essential skill in order to be successful. "I enjoy being able to work with people that have the desire to achieve higher learning."

I am a graduate of Albany State University with a BS degree in criminal justice I am studying to receive my masters in counseling and psychology from Troy State University. I am a former Upward Bound student and im glad to be working with EOC because it allows me to motivate and help others that have a will to better themselves and provide opportunities to those that are limited to the proper resources.
